No. VendyPal is pure software. If your machines already have Nayax (VPOS Touch, Onyx), Cantaloupe (ePort, Seed), or standard DEX telemetry cables, VendyPal connects directly with your existing setup. You never have to buy expensive proprietary hardware from us.
Can I use VendyPal if some of my machines have Parlevel readers?
Yes. Parlevel PayPlus readers output standard NAMA EVA-DTS sales files. VendyPal can ingest data from Parlevel, Nayax, and Cantaloupe devices across a mixed fleet, unifying all your routes into one operations screen.
